Hi there, we have a problem on the machine where we downgraded to Windows 7 64BIT and we picked up the drivers from the Acer Support website. Unfortunately the WIFI is not working despite trying all three options in the Support Site for Windows 7 64BIT. The laptop originally came with Windows 8. Scroll to HardwareIDs and take a note of the four characters which follow VEN for Vendor and also the four following DEV for Device.
